Medical confirmation may be requested for extended absences
6. Association Membership and Insurance

All students are required to register with the Australian Karate Federation (AKF) or relevant governing body

An annual membership fee of $25 applies (or current applicable fee)

Students are covered by insurance through this registration
7. Health and Safety
Karate is a physical activity that carries inherent risks.
By participating, you acknowledge that:

You will follow all safety instructions provided by instructors
