Weekend Training Session for NSW State Team Members
Join Karate NSW for an intensive training session designed to enhance your kata and kumite skills. This is an excellent opportunity for all NSW State Team members to refine their techniques and build camaraderie.
Training Focus Areas
Kata Improvement: Work on precision, timing, and flow of movements.
Kumite Skill Development: Enhance sparring techniques, strategies, and defensive maneuvers.
